In this paper,based on the characteristics of lightning protection industry,this paper analyzes the development status of lightning protection detection. In the reform of enterprise restructuring and market competition,through the SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the existing testing organizations. In view of the market development prospect,this paper puts forward the detailed operation mechanism from the aspects of the workload,the benefit,the annual task and the implementation of the security responsibility. It provides feasible suggestions for the development of lightning protection detection.
