摘要 为明确柴达木盆地盐碱地不同播种方法对中苜1号紫花苜蓿生产性能以及对盐碱地土壤的影响,设计覆膜、沟播、条播三种播种方法,采用随机区组设计进行试验。结果表明:(1)覆膜播种显著提高了苜蓿的越冬率、出苗率、盖度、产量、单株分枝、株高及直立性一系列地上性状(P<0.05);(2)覆膜播种显著提高了苜蓿的主根粗、侧根数地下根系特征(P<0.05);(3)覆膜播种显著提高了土壤表层的保水率,降低了土壤的容重、全盐量及p H;(4)覆膜播种的苜蓿鲜干比较高、茎叶比较小。覆膜播种大幅度提高了紫花苜蓿的生产性能。 To identify different sowing method on production performance of Zhongmu No. 1 (Medica- go saliva L. ) and on saline - alkali soil in Qaidam basin, mulching planting, furrow sowing and drilling were compared by conducting randomized block experiment. The results indicated: ( 1 ) mulching planting significantly increased wintering rate, emergence rate, coverage, yield, plant height and branches per plant and upright characters (P 〈 0. 05 ) of the alfalfa variety; (2 ) mulc-hing planting significantly increased taproot diameter, lateral root number (P 〈0. 05) of the alfalfa;( 3 ) mulching planting significantly improved soil moisture, decreased soil bulk density, total salt content and pH. ( 4 ) The alfalfa had high ratio of fresh and dry, low ratio of stem and leaf by mulc-hing planting. Mulching planting greatly improve the production performance of alfalfa.
