王有鹏教授认为过敏性鼻炎是内外因共同作用,内因多为小儿脏腑虚弱(肺、脾、肾三脏功能不足),以肺脏虚损为主;外因则在于六淫,又以风邪为主。雾霾、粉尘、各种对人体有害的化学气体等经鼻吸入,儿童过敏性鼻炎发病率越来越高,寒地儿童长期处于寒冷环境之中,疾病往往有特异性。王师强调要结合寒地儿科疾病的发病特点,注意辨病、辨证、辨体相结合,仔细辨病,快速辨证,结合寒地小儿体质差异审慎用药,最后达到治愈疾病、调护体质的目的。临证运用经方三拗汤(麻黄、杏仁、甘草),收效显著。附验案1则。
