辨证分型治疗消化性胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Parallel Control Study on the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer with Syndrome Differentiation

[目的]观察辨证分型治疗消化性胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组40例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组40例辨证分型,脾胃虚寒-黄芪建中汤(大枣13g,黄芪20g,白芍15g,桂枝9g,炙甘草9g,白术12g,延胡索12g);肝郁气滞-柴胡疏肝散(川芎9g,柴胡12g,炙甘草6g,郁金、延胡索各10g,白芍12g);肝胃湿热-化肝煎(黄连、青皮各9g,牡丹皮12g,佛手、陈皮各10g,白芍15g,甘草6g);1剂/d,水煎500m L,早晚口服,250m L/次。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应(胃痛、胃胀、呕吐、胃出血等)。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈25例,显效14例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%;对照组痊愈22例,显效10例,无效8例,总有效率85.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型治疗消化性胃溃疡,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation on peptic ulcer. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients according to the serial number of draw simple disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 40 cases of domperidonc, 10 mg/ times, 3 times/d, treatment group of 40 cases the syndromes of spleen and stomach-Huangqijianzhong Soup （jujube 13g, Astragalus 20g, peony 15g, Guangxi Branch 9g, licorice sunburn 9g, Atraetylodes 12g, corydalis 12g）; liver Qi stagnation-Chaihushugansan （Chuanxiong 9g, licorice root 12g, fried 6g, turmeric, corydalis 10g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 12g）; liver stomach heat-liver Decoction （Rhizoma Coptidis, green 9g, peony 12g, bergamot, tangerine peel, 10g 15g 6g, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Glycyrrhizae）; 1 agent/d, 500mL oral decoction, sooner or later, 250mL. Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions （stomach pain, bloating, vomiting, stomach bleeding）. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] Treatment group, 25 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.50%; the control group cured 22 cases, markedly effective in 10 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, the total effective rate was 85%; the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The syndrome differentiation and treatment of peptic ulcer with satisfactory effect and no serious adverse reaction should be popularized.
