煅烧方解石吸附废水中铜的性能研究

摘要 通过静态吸附实验对煅烧方解石(F-300)吸附剂进行了吸附性能测试,系统考察了pH值、吸附时间和吸附起始Cu^(2+)浓度对吸附的影响。结果表明,该吸附剂对水溶液中Cu^(2+)具有良好的吸附性能;吸附受溶液pH值的影响,在pH=2~6的实验范围内,随着pH的增大,吸附量增大;Cu^(2+)在该吸附剂上的吸附等温线能较好地符合Langmuir和Freundlich方程,Langmuir等温方程拟合结果显示最大吸附量为493.12mg/g;吸附动力学过程符合准二级动力学方程,在200mg/L的Cu^(2+)溶液中,45min内吸附达183.70mg/g,去除率达91.9%。方解石经煅烧后对水溶液中Cu^(2+)具有良好的吸附性能,可作为一种价廉易得,环境友好的Cu^(2+)吸附材料。 The modified calcite powders (F-300) were characterized by batch adsorption experiments. The process parameters affecting the adsorption behaviors such as initial pH, contact time and initial concentration of Cu2+ were systematically investigated. The results indicated that the adsorbent had good adsorption properties for Cu2+ in aqueous solution. The adsorption capacity increased with the increase of pH in the experiments range of pH =2 -6. The equilibrium data fitted into the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm model and the maximum adsorption capacity was 493.12 mg/g. The kinetic studies revealed that the adsorption of Cu2+ followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic models and the copper removal rate of 91.9% could be achieved with an initial Cu2+ concentration of 200 mg/L and a contact time of 45 min. The calcined calcite powders (F-300) had good adsorption properties for Cu2+ from aqueous solution, which could be used as a cheap and environmentally adsorption material of Cu2+.
