不同消毒剂对义齿基托树脂性能影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较4种不同消毒剂对义齿基托树脂性能影响。方法:将长方体基托树脂试件75片,随机分成5组,每组15片,自来水浸泡(A组),0.12%洗必泰浸泡(B组),75%酒精浸泡(C组),保丽净假牙清洁片溶液浸泡(D组),0.5%碘伏浸泡(E组),观察并检测试件颜色(ΔE)、表面粗糙度(Ra)、表面微观形貌、弯曲强度测试、吸水值和溶解值的改变。结果:不同消毒剂处理后基托树脂试件颜色的改变(ΔE)、表面粗糙度(Ra)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组基托树脂试件的表面可观察到明显的裂纹,较其他组有明显的差异;E组有明显染色现象,B组可观察到轻微染色现象。与A组相比,C组的吸水值和溶解值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组基托树脂的弯曲强度与A组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保丽净假牙清洁片溶液浸泡对树脂试件表面粗糙度、吸水度、溶解度、弯曲强度等性能影响均较小,推荐作为义齿树脂基托的消毒方法。 Objective:To compare the effects of four kinds of disinfectants on the properties of" denture base resins.Methods :Seventy-five rectangular samples were randomly divided into 5 groups ( each group of 15 samples ) that were immersed in running water ( group A) ,0.12 % chlorhexidine ( group B ) ,7 5 % alcohol ( group C ) , Polident denture cleanser solution ( group D ), and 0. 5 % iodine volts soak ( group E ) , respectively. The surface roughness (Ra) , color change ( △E ), surtace morphology, flexural strength, water absorption and solubility of the samples were detected. Results:The color(△E) and surface roughness (Ra) of group B, E changed significantly, compared with group A ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Obvious cracks can be observed on the surfacial microstructure of the group C, compared with other 4 groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Group E exhibited obvious dyeing, and group B showed minor dyeing. Group C showed significant water absorption and solubility value, compared with group A ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in bending strength among all groups. Conclusion : Polident denture cleanser showed least effects on the color stability, surface roughness ,flexural strength ,water absorption and water solubility of denture resins, and could been recommended for denture cleaning.
