摘要
目的:比较口腔临床修复中常用的3种水门汀粘接在IPS emax CAD陶瓷表面的剪切强度。方法:制作IPS emax CAD陶瓷盘状试件60个,厚度3.5 mm,直径8 mm。随机分成3组(n=20),分别采用3种粘接材料(Multinlink N、Rely^(TM)U200、Fuji plus)将各组试件分别粘接在聚乙烯管上,置于Instron万能试验机上进行剪切强度测试,计算其剪切粘接强度,并在体视显微镜下观察试件破坏的断面情况。结果:Multinlink N、RelyTMU200粘接强度较高,分别为12.10±0.25 MPa、11.23±0.47 MPa,两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Fuji plus粘接强度为3.73±0.46 MPa,与前两者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。陶瓷断面显微镜下显示Multinlink N、Rely^(TM)U200水门汀残留物较多,Fuji plus水门汀残留物少。结论:Multinlink N、Rely^(TM)U200水门汀与IPS emax CAD陶瓷粘结时具有较高的剪切强度值,而Fuji plus水门汀剪切强度值较低。
Objective: To compare the shear bond strength (SBS)of three different cements adhesion to IPS emax CAD ceramic surface. Methods:Sixty IPS emax CAD disk specimens were prepared in 8 mm in diameter and 3.5 mm in thickness from disilicate ceramic blocks and divided into 3 groups (n = 20). The specimens from all groups were bonded with three different cements using polyethylene tubes. The shear bond strength(SBS) was determined using a universal testing machine,and the specimens were also examined with a stereomicroscope. Results: The SBS values were 12. 10 ± 0. 25 MPa, 11.23 ± 0.47 MPa and 3.73 ± 0.46 MPa respectively. It was found that there was no significant differences between Muhinlink N group and RelyTM U200 group ( P 〉 0.05 ). And the values of these two groups were higher than that of Fuji plus group, which was significantly different from the other two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Resin cement had the highest shear bond strength values when bonded to lithium disilicate ceramic surface. However resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement demonstrated significantly lower shear bond strength values.
