摘要
具有良好的行为规范是社会对个体的基本要求,纪律教育是促进儿童形成良好行为规范的重要途径。建构主义的规训观倡导应尊重儿童、发展儿童的自主性,让儿童成为规则的主动建构者,教师可帮助儿童从经验中学习规则,最终促使儿童提高自我管理能力。本研究基于建构主义的规驯观,提出儿童纪律教育应遵循互相尊重、发展自主性、相互合作、保护好奇心等原则。
Good behavior is the basic requirement of the society of people. Disciplinary education is an important way for children to get social norms. Constructivism discipline advocate to respects children, develop their autonomy, and make chil- dren actively participating in establishing social norms. Teachers can help children learn from their experience and develop their self management abihty. This study, based on constructivism disciphne, suggests that children' disciplinary education should follow the principles of mutual respect, mutual cooperation, developing children's autonomy, and protecting children's curiosity.
