Educational Common Sense and Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Development: From the Perspective of Educational Poetics

教育常识因其所具有的基本特性而对幼儿园教师专业成长具有潜在消极影响。本研究从教育诗学视角出发，从自觉地以教育常识为探究对象、基于开放性共同体的反思性合作、文化的边缘、自由的联系以及敢于拥抱与珍视“疯狂”的独特价值等方面，探讨如何将教育常识转化为幼儿园教师专业成长推动力的问题。

The educational common sense, due to its basic characteristics, has some potential negative influences on kinder- garten teachers＇ professional development. From the perspective of educational poetics, the author explores how to reverse the potential negative influences to advantageous opportunity for kindergarten teachers＇ professional development in terms of educational common sense as object of inquiry, critical collaboration based on open community, the perspective of cultural borderland, relations of freedom, and cherishing the unique vahies of ＂madness.＂
