摘要
渗透汽化(PV)作为一种新兴的膜分离技术,受到学术界和工业界的广泛关注。PV复合膜由分离层和基膜组成,基膜与复合膜的分离选择性、渗透通量及机械强度密切相关,性能良好的基膜不但可以提高膜的选择性和通量,而且能够强化膜的稳定性,提高膜的实用性。详细介绍基膜的作用机理及其材料选择的研究进展,并对基膜的改性方法进行综述。
Pervaporation (PV) ,as a new membrane separation technology,has gained extensive attentions of the ac- ademia and industry. For PV composite membrane, the support layer plays an important role in the separation performance, since it can greatly affect the selectivity,permeating flux and stability of PV membrane. A suitable support layer will make the PV membrane more applicable, the progress in the selection and modification of support material for PV membrane was reviewed. Based on this, the modification methods were analyzed and finally a further perspective of the modification of support layer for PV membrane was given.
