摘要
以攀枝花天然鳞片石墨为原料,KMnO_4和H_2O_2为氧化剂,HNO_3、H_2SO_4和HClO_4作为插层剂,制备出7种膨胀石墨。用熔融共混法制备膨胀石墨与石蜡复合相变材料,石蜡与膨胀石墨的配比为93∶7,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和差示量热仪对复合相变材料的性能进行分析。结果显示石蜡能够很好的吸附于膨胀石墨的层隙之间,导热性能得到很大的提升,经过20次蓄-放热循环后依然很稳定。
Using natural flake graphite from Panzhihua as raw material,and potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, seven kinds of expanded graphite were prepared, with nitric, sulfuric and perchloric acid as intercalation agent. Paraffin/expanded graphite composite phase change material were prepared by melt-blending process, and the proportion was 93:7. The performance of material was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Results showed that the paraffin was well adhered between the space of graphite lays,and the thermal conductivity was significantly improved. It was very stable even after heat storage and release 20 times.
