POSS接枝含氟苯丙聚合物复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过预乳化乳液聚合工艺,制得八乙烯基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(OvPOSS)接枝含氟苯丙聚合物(FPSA)复合材料(OvPOSS/FPSA)。透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析显示,含氟苯丙乳胶粒具有明显的核壳结构,且表面被POSS覆盖。动态光散射(DLS)结果发现,接枝反应使OvPOSS/FPSA复合乳胶粒的平均粒径为95nm比FPSA平均粒径88nm稍大。傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)证实了接枝反应的发生。考察了甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)和OvPOSS用量对复合涂层疏水性能的影响,结果发现,当DFMA用量为15.0%(wt,质量分数,下同),OvPOSS用量为1.0%时,OvPOSS/FPSA复合涂层的接触角高达102°,疏水性较好。热分析(TGA)结果显示,OvPOSS/FPSA复合涂层的起始分解温度达307℃,具有较好的热稳定性。 A novel octavinyl polyhedral oligomerie silsesquioxane/fluorine containing poly (styrene acrylate) (OvPOSS/FPSA) composite materials were synthesized by pre-emulsification and emulsion polymerization. Transmission e lectron microscopy (TEM) images disclosed that FPSA latexes were covered by OvPOSS and the composite latexes exhibi ted obvious core shell structure. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) data indicated that the average diameter of OvPOSS/FPSA (95nm) was slightly larger than that of FPSA (88nm), which was probably attributed to the grafting reaction. Fourier transform infrared (FT IR) results confirmed that OvPOSS could be grafted onto FPSA latexes by the emulsion copolymerization. The effects of DFMA and OvPOSS dosage on hydrophobicity of composite films were studied,and it was found that the water contact angle reached to 102°when the DFMA and OvPOSS dosage were 15.0 %and 1.0 %, respectively. Howev er, the water contact angel increased with increasing the OvPOSS dosage. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) curves demonstrated that the OvPOSS/FPSA films displayed much better thermal stability than FPSA.
