杯芳烃聚酰亚胺纳米纤维制备及吸附行为研究

摘要 制备了杯芳烃聚酰亚胺聚合物,用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对聚合物表征。用静电纺丝技术将此聚合物电纺成纳米纤维,并用扫描电镜对纤维形态表征,研究了纳米纤维与Ag(Ⅰ)的吸附行为。结果表明,纳米纤维平均直径为358nm,吸附行为更符合Langmuir吸附模型,在293.15℃条件下,纳米纤维对Ag(Ⅰ)饱和吸附值为349.04mg/g。 Calixarene polyimide polymer was synthesized successfully, and its structure was characterized through FT-IR and 1H-NMR. Nano-fiber based on calixarene polyimide polymer (CP fiber) was prepared by electrostatic spinning, with its structure was characterized through SEM. Adsorption behavior of CP fiber on Ag( I ) was investigated. Results in dicated that the average diameter of CP fiber was 358 nm. Adsorption behavior of CP fiber on Ag( I ) was in accordance with the Langmuir isotherm. When the temperature was 293.15~C, the saturation value of Ag( I ) adsorped by CP fiber was 349.04mg/g.
