基于“天-地-人”三才医学模式的四川湿热病证易感性成因探讨

Study on the Causes of Suffering from Damp-heat Syndrome with High Susceptibility in Sichuan by “Heaven,Earth and Human” Three-element Medical Model

近年来湿热致病逐渐引起医家们的重视,同时也是广大中医和中西医结合科技工作者的研究热点。笔者在临床实践中,观察发现湿热邪气是四川地区最重要的致病因素,四川人罹患湿热病证的机率也明显高于其他病证,四川地区对湿热病证具有高度易感性。笔者立足"天-地-人"三才医学模式探索、总结四川人易感湿热病证的成因,为进一步制定四川人湿热病证防治对策提供研究基础。

Recently, disease caused by damp-heat has gradually attracted the attention of doctors, it＇s also become a hot re- search spot for the vast number of Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine science and technology workers. The author clinically observes and finds that damp-heat evil is the most important pathogenic factor in Sichuan area, and the probability of Siehuan people suffering from damp-heat syndrome is significantly higher than those in other diseases, damp-heat syndrome is with high susceptibility in Sichuan. Basing on ＂heaven, earth and human＂ three-element medical model, the author ex- plores and summarizes the causes of Sichuan people suffering from damp-heat syndrome with high susceptibility, to provide research foundation for the further formulates Sichuan people damp-heat syndrome prevention and control
