健脾化痰活血法治疗老年髋部骨折并发肺部感染疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Method in Treating Geriatric Hip Fracture Complicated with Pneumonia

目的:观察健脾化痰活血法治疗老年髋部骨折并发肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:将患者82例按随机原则分成两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,试验组在西医常规治疗基础上加用健脾化痰活血的协定处方治疗。结果:两组治疗肺部感染总有效率无显著性差异;但试验组平均治疗天数为(10.1±1.31)天,而对照组平均治疗天数为(13.2±1.26)天,有显著性差异(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组。结论:健脾化痰活血法治疗老年髋部骨折并发肺部感染有一定优势。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of geriatric hip fracture complicated with pneumonia treated with Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Method. Methods ： 82 cases were randomly divided into controlled group （ standard western medical therapy） and experimental group （standard western medicine combined with Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Method）. Results： There was no significant difference in total effective rate of treating pneumonia. For the average overall treatment time ,＂ the cases in the experi- mental group （10. 1±1. 31 days） was shorter than the cases in the controlled group （13. 2±1. 26 days） （P〈0. 05）. Con- clusion： The combined therapy can effectively reduce hospital stay.
