红蓝光联合刺络拔罐及自制中药银白皂面膜外敷治疗痤疮疗效观察

Curative Observation of Red and Blue Light Combined with Pricking Blood with Cupping and Self-made Yinbaizao Mask External Application in the Treatment of Acne

目的:观察红蓝光联合刺络拔罐及自制银白皂面膜外敷治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法:选取寻常性痤疮162例随机分为观察组82例和对照组80例,两组患者首先用氦氖激光联合LED治疗仪进行治疗。然后对照组给予维胺酯乳膏(0.3%)外涂,1次/每晚;2周后改为隔日1次,同时给予米诺环素50mg口服,每天3次,1个疗程为2周,共用6周。观察组给予自制的银白皂面膜外敷,时间30分钟,同时给予刺络拔罐治疗,每周1次。6周后观察治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后与治疗前组内比较,症状积分差异显著,P<0.05;两组间治疗后比较,观察组各项积分均明显降低,P均<0.05;治疗后,两组DLQI评分均比治疗前明显降低,P<0.05,观察组治疗后DLQI评分降低更明显,P<0.05;观察组总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组总有效率(72.5%),P<0.05;观察组复发率为6.09%,明显低于对照组复发率(21.25%),P<0.05,两组患者在治疗期间均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:使用红蓝光联合刺络拔罐及自制银白皂面膜外敷治疗痤疮,效果显著,复发率较低,且较安全,临床可以推广使用。
