针刺二海穴配合心理干预治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture at two points combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome

目的:观察针刺二海穴、辨证体针法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效与差异。方法:将符合纳入标准的150例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为针刺二海穴治疗组50例和辨证体针法对照组50例和空白对照组50例。治疗组针刺选取照海、气海穴;对照组选取百会、膻中、关元、足三里穴;空白对照组给予常规护理及治疗。比较3组患者治疗后疲劳量表各项评分、中医症候及临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组、对照组与空白对照组疲劳量表积分、中医症候积分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组疲劳量表积分、中医症候积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组组和空白对照组临床疗效的总有效率分别为94.00%、80.00%、50%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺二海穴能够有效地缓解慢性疲劳综合征患者的躯体疲劳状态、脑力疲劳状态,明显提高了临床疗效优于对照组,值得进一步推广及应用。

Objective： the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome and the difference of acupuncture points, TCM acupuncture two sea. Methods： 150eases of chronic fatigue will meet the inclusion criteria of comprehensive 50cases in the control group and blank control group with 50cases of patients were randomly divided into acupuncture two sea point treatment group of 50cases and dialectical acupuncture method. The acupuncture treatment group selected according to the sea, Qihai; control group selected Baihui, danzhong, Guan Yuan, Zusanli; the control group was given routine nursing care and treatment. Comparison of the 3groups of patients after the treatment of fatigue scale of the scores, symptoms and clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine. Results ： after treatment, treatment group, control group and blank control group fatigue scores, symptom scores were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group and control group fatigue scores, symptom scores had signifi- cant difference （P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group, control group and blank control group were 94%, 80% and 50% , respectively, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at two points can elfectively relieve physical fatigue and mental fatigue in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. It is better than the control group, and it is worth to be popularized and applied.
