步长肝康宁治疗脂肪肝的临床研究

Clinical Study of Buchang Gankangning Oral Liquid on Treating Fatty Liver

目的:观察步长肝康宁治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至12月在我院接受治疗的60例肝胆湿热、脾虚湿困型脂肪肝患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组接受东宝肝泰3片tid治疗,治疗组接受口服步长肝康宁口服液20ml bid治疗,在治疗6周后分别统计两组患者的临床症状以及肝脏影像学变化。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的46.7%(P<0.05);治疗组的肝脏影像学症状逐步减轻,脂肪肝消除率达到39.8%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用步长肝康宁口服液可以有效治疗脂肪肝。

Objective： Exploring the clinical efficacy of Buchang Gankangning Oral Liquid ＂on treating fatty liver. Methods： From January 2015 to December in our hospital treatod 60 cases of liver and gallbladder damp-heat, spleen deficiency and damp- ness retention type of fatty liver patients in this study were randomly divided into controlled group and treatment group, 30 eases in each. The controlled group received Dongbao Gantai Pills, 3 pills a time, 3times a day, the treatment group received oral Buchang Gankangning Oral Liquid, 20ml a time, 2 times a day, after 6 weeks of treatment, respectively counted clinical symp- toms and liver imaging changes between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 90. 0% in the treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group which was 46. 7% （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Liver symptomatic imaging changes of the treat- ment group gradually reduced, eliminated fatty liver rate was 39. 8% , significantly due to the controlled group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Buchang Gankangning Oral Liquid can effectively treat fatty liver.
