浅议从风论治变应性鼻炎哮喘综合征

Discussing on the Differentiation and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome from Wind Evil

变应性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(CARAS)是最为常见的免疫相关的气道炎症性疾病,为变应性鼻炎和哮喘的联合诊断,其联合诊断和联合治疗的思路恰与中医学整体观相符合。本文在追溯历代文献和跟师临证实践的基础上,提出CARAS的病因主要为风邪袭肺,而风邪有外风和内风之分,外风致其突然发病,内风则致其反复发作,缠绵难愈。临证诊治时,着重从"风"论治,既可散寒清热涤痰疏外风,亦可平衡脏腑祛内风。

Combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome （CARAS） is the most common immune-related inflammatory air- ways disease. The World Allergy Organization formally puts forward the disease-combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome and notes that the upper and lower respiratory disease should be treated as a whole. It is a joint diagnosis of allergic rhinitis and bronchus asthma, and modern medicine has made some progress by making a joint diagnosis and combination therapy, which is coincided with the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine, that Chinese medicine views human being as a whole. On the basis of learning ancient literature repetitively and years of clinical practicing with my master＇s mentor, we put forward the view that the etiology and pathogenesis of CARAS is wind attacks the lungs. While there are external wind and internal wind. When external wind invades the human body, it makes people suddenly sick; when internal wind attacks the human body, it makes peo- ple recurrently ill and difficult to be cured. Therefore, we must eliminating wind mainly for treating CARAS. Not only to drive out cold, heat, sputum, which often joins with external wind to influence the human body, but also to make a balance between organs in order to remove internal wind. Evils cannot harm the human body without deficiency. Moreover, it has been demon- strated considerable effects.
