补肾活血中药配合艾灸对多囊卵巢综合症患者性激素水平的影响

Influence of Bushen Huoxue Chinese Herbs Combined with Moxibustion on Sex hormone Levels for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Patients

目的:观察补肾活血中药配合艾灸治疗多囊卵巢综合症的疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法:将86例多囊卵巢综合症患者随机分为两组。对照组42例采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予归肾丸合桃红四物汤配合艾灸治疗。观察比较血清黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)、睾酮(T)、月经情况、Lehmann痤疮分级、Ferriman-Gallwey多毛评分。结果:两组患者治疗后黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、总睾酮(T)水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后比较,治疗组患者黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、总睾酮(T)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患者血清雌二醇(E2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者Lehmann痤疮分级均好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组患者Lehmann痤疮分级程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Ferriman-Gallwey评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后比较,治疗组Ferriman-Gallwey评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血中药配合艾灸治疗多囊卵巢综合症改善患者性激素水平,有较好疗效。

Objective ： To observe the influence of Bushen Huoxue Chinese Herbs combined with moxibustion on sex hormone levels in polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS） patients. Methods： 86 PCOS patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 42 patients in controlled group were treated by Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets. The 44 patients in the treatment group were treated by Guishen Pill plus Taohong Siwu Decoction, moxibustion, Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets. The LH, FSH, E2 , T, menstruation condition, Lehmann acne grading and Ferriman-Gallwey scores were observed in the two groups. Re- suits： After treatment, the levels of LH, FSH and T were reduced and E2 were increased in all groups, and the treatment group was lower level of LH, FSH and T and was higher level of Ez than the controlled group, with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The Lehmann acne grading was relieved in all groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the treatment group showed siginificantly lower than the controlled group in the Lehmann acne grading （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The Ferriman-Gallwey scores decreased in two groups after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the treatment group was siginificantly lower than the controlled group of the Ferriman-Gallwey scores （ P 〈 O. 05）. The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than the controlled group, with statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Bushen Huoxue Chinese Medicine combined with moxibustion can improve sex hormone levels in PCOS patients, and it is also with good efficacy.
