和胃健脾,清热祛湿法联合西药对湿热型顽固性便秘患者症候积分、生活质量的影响

Effect of Warming Stomach and Invigorating Spleen,Clearing Away Heat and Expelling Dampness Combined with Western Medicine on Syndrome Scores and Quality of Life for Patients with Damp-heat Type Intractable Constipation

目的:观察和胃健脾,清热祛湿法联合西药对湿热型顽固性便秘患者症候积分、生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月湿热型顽固性便秘患者68例,所有患者按照就诊顺序进行编号,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组两组,每组34例,给予对照组患者西药治疗,给予观察组患者和胃健脾、清热祛湿法联合西药治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率,比较两组患者治疗前后中医症候积分以及生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为91.18%较对照组67.65%显著较高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各项中医症候积分及总积分较对照组均显著较低(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分较对照组均显著较高(P<0.05)。结论:和胃健脾、清热祛湿法联合西药治疗湿热型顽固性便秘疗效显著,患者临床症状得到显著改善,肠道菌落恢复平衡,生活质量得到提高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective： To study the effect of warming stomach and invigorating spleen, clearing away heat and expelling dampness combined with western medicine on the syndrome scores and quality of life of patients with damp-heat type intractable constipation. Methods ： From March 2014 to March 2016, 68 patients with damp-heat type intractable constipation in our hospital were numbered according to the order of treatment, and they were divided into observation group and controlled group by the ran- dom number table method, 34 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with western medicine while the observation group was treated with warming stomach and invigorating spleen, clearing away heat and expelling dampness method combined with western medicine. The total effective rate, symptom scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group （91. 18% ） was significantly higher than that in the controlled group （67. 65% ） while TCM syndrome scores and the total scores were significantly lower （P 〈 0. 05）. The quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The warming stomach and invigorating spleen, clearing away heat and expelling dampness method combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of damp-heat type intractable constipation. It can significantly relieve clinical symptoms, restore intestinal flora levels to balance, and improve the quality＇of life of patients.
