水穴埋线配合隔药饼灸治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症随机对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study of Applying Water Hole Catgut Embedding Combined with Cake-separated Moxibustion in the Treatment of Spleen Deficiency Damp Resistance Type Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

目的:观察水穴埋线配合隔药饼灸治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选择165例肥胖并发高脂血症患者,随机分为治疗组55例,对照1组55例,对照2组55例。两组患者均接受基础饮食和运动治疗,对照1组在基础治疗的基础上给予苯扎贝特片,200mg口服3/日;对照2组在基础治疗的基础上给予闪罐治疗;治疗组在基础治疗的基础上给予给予水穴埋线配合隔药饼灸。治疗12周后观察肥胖指标(体重指数(BMI)、腰/臀比、腰围、体脂百分比)、血脂指标、中医症候积分的变化,统计临床有效率。结果:治疗组、对照1组,对照2组临床有效率分别为92.73%、74.55%、76.36%,对照组与对照1组,对照2组在临床有效率方面比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组能降低患者肥胖指标(体重指数(BMI)、腰/臀比、腰围、体脂百分比)、甘油三酯(TC)、胆固醇(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,同时提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平,与对照1组,对照2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组在中医症候积分方面与对照1组,对照2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水穴埋线配合隔药饼灸具有减肥降脂双重作用,同时能够明显改善中医症候,为临床探索治疗肥胖并发高脂血症提供了有效的治疗方案。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of catgut embedding combined with water hole moxibustion treat- ment for spleen deficiency and dampness obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods： 165 cases of obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 55 ）, controlled group 1 （ n = 55 ）, controlled group 2 （ n = 55）. Three groups of patients were treated with basic diet and exercise therapy, the controlled group 1 was given 1 Bezafibrate Tablets （200mg, 3 times a day, took orally） on the basis of the foundamental treatment; the controlled group 2 was given cupping therapy on the basis of conventional treatment; the treatment group treated with catgut embedding combined with water hole moxi- bustion treatment on the basis of the foundamental treatment. After 12 weeks of treatment, the changes of obesity index [ body mass index （BMI）, waist/hip ratio, waist circumference, body fat percentage ], blood lipid index and TCM symptom score were observed. Results： The clinical effective rate of the treatment group, the controlled group 2 and the controlled group 2 respective- ly were 92. 73%, 74. 55%, and 76. 36%. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the controlled group 1 and 2 on the clinical effective rate （P 〈 0.05） （2）. After treatment, the treatment group could reduce obesity indices [ body mass index （ BMI）, waist/hip ratio, waist circumference and body fat percentage ], triglyceride （ TC）, cholesterol （ TG）, low density lipoprotein （LDL-C） level, and increase high density lipoprotein （HDL-C） level, compared with the controlled group 1 and the controlled groups, the treatment group was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the treatment group was statistically significant compared with the controlled group 1 and the controlled group 2 （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： The water hole catgut embedding moxibustion has a dual role to reduce fat, also can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chi- nese medicine, to provide effective treatment for the treatment of obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia for clinical research, it is worthy of further promotion and application.
