耳周穴穴位注射联合高压氧治疗主观性耳鸣临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Auricular Point Injection Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in Treating Subjective Tinnitus

目的:观察耳周穴穴位注射联合高压氧治疗主观性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:116主观性耳鸣患者被随机分成对照组和联合组,每组58例。对照组患者给予常规高压氧治疗,每日1次;联合组给予上述治疗的基础上,加用耳周穴穴位注射治疗(药液组成:天麻素+维生素B12+利多卡因),每隔3日注射1次,3次为1疗程。完成2~3个疗程后,比较两组患者伴随症状情况,并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者烦躁、失眠伴随症状均有一定程度改善,且联合组患者改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和联合组治疗有效率分别为70.69%和91.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳周穴穴位注射联合高压氧是一种更有效的治疗主观性耳鸣的方案,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficiency of auricular point injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen for subjective tinnitus （ST）. Methods： 116 patients with ST were randomly divided into controlled group and combined group. The patients in the controlled group were administrated with regular hyperbaric oxygen for treatment （ one time per day）. The patients in the combined group were received with regular hyperbaric oxygen plus auricular point injection （ gastrodin, lidocaine hydrochlo- ride and vitamin B12 were mixed for injection） for treatment. Auricular point injection was performed once to each patient per three days and three times served as one course. After 2 - 3 courses finished, the associated symptoms were compared before and after the treatment, and then therapeutic efficiencies were evaluated. Results： After the treatment, the associated symptoms, in- cluding impatience and insomnia, were improved in both groups. Especially, the improvement of associated symptoms in the combined group was better than that in the controlled group. Therapeutic efficiencies of the controlled group and the combined group were respectively 70. 69% and 91. 38%, which showed there was an obvious difference between the controlled group and combined group by statistics analysis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The therapeutic efficiency of auricular point injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen for ST is considered to obtain a better therapeutic efficiency, which is worth of recommending for clinical application.
