摘要
根据面接触润滑油膜红绿双色光干涉强度调制信号,构造了基于光流和动态时间弯曲技术的追踪算法,对一维调制光强曲线上与膜厚具有对应关系的特定目标区域进行实时追踪,从而实现了在线实时膜厚测量.通过与稳态离线测量结果对比,验证了该在线测量系统的准确性和可靠性.利用该系统对三角波形式变速过程中流体动压润滑瞬时膜厚进行了测量,揭示了膜厚滞后于速度变化的规律.
In modulated intensity signals generated by dichromatic interferograms from lubricating film in the flat-onflat contact, some characteristic target fringes can be found which correspond to constant film thickness. Based on optical flow calculation and dynamic time warping (DTW) technique, an algorithm was presented for tracking those target fringes in the 1-D modulated intensity signals, and then the on-line film thickness measurement was achieved. Under the condition of constant speed, this approach was validated by data comparison with previous off-line measurement system. In addition, with the present approach, transient film thickness under triangular wave speeds was measured, and some lubrication behaviours that the change of film thickness lagging behind the speed were revealed.
