摘要
农村和贫困地区专项计划学生的大学学业表现目前缺少深入的研究。利用A大学学生的行政数据,具体研究影响入选农村和贫困地区专项计划学生的大学学业表现。研究发现,专项计划学生的高考成绩及大学学分绩(GPA)显著低于非专项计划学生;专项计划学生大学学分绩差距主要来源于高考成绩差距;就读人文类学科相比社会类与理工类学科能够减少高考成绩差距对大学学业带来的持续负面影响。最后提出了若干改进建议。
There are little study on academic performance of students from Rural and Poor Area Special Enrollment Program. This paper took students who entered A University via this program as samples to study the influence factors on these students' academic performance. The study found that the college entrance examination (CEE) scores and grade point average (GPA) of students of the special programs are much lower than that of those who weren't. The disadvantage in GPA of students from special programs was mainly from the CEE achievement gap. Comparing with studying in STEM and social sciences, studying in humanity can reduce the continuous negative effect of CEE achievement gap on CEE. Some policy suggestions were put forward.
