大学生创新创业机理与培育研究——以华中农业大学20名创业先锋为例

College Students Innovation Entrepreneurship Mechanism and Cultivation——A Case Study of 20 Pioneers in Huazhong Agricultural University

大众创业、万众创新背景下,鼓励和引导大学生创新创业是我国实现以创业带动就业、建设创新型国家的重大战略举措。然而,目前我国大学生创业者比例较低,创新型创业少之又少。本研究以华中农业大学20名创业先锋为例,调研发现其在创业历程中表现出立足专业、热爱行业,先就业、后创业,不满现状、谋求大业,了解形势、利用政策,创业中创新、创新中变强等共同特点;在内外部因素作用下,他们围绕创业动机、创业机会、创业实践、创新创业和业态前景彰显出共同的发展机理。促进我国大学生创新创业健康快速发展,既需要政府、高校、社会和大学生共同努力,又需要创业和创新互促共进。

Under the background of popular entrepreneurship and innovation, encouraging and guiding college students to innovate and start a business is a major strategic measure to achieve entrepreneurial employment and build an innovative country. However, the proportion of college students who started a business is very low, and innovative entrepreneurship is fewer. The study took twenty pioneers from Huazhong Agricultural University as cases and found that these students have common characteristics, such as taking their major as basis and showing affection for the industry, taking an employment first and then starting a business, dissatisfaction with the status quo and pursuing a great career, learning about the situation and taking advantage of policies, innovating during entrepreneurship, and getting stronger during innovation, etc. Under the interaction of internal and external factors, they showed a common development mechanism around entrepreneurial motivation, opportunities, practices, innovation and business prospects. To promote Chinese college students＂ innovation entrepreneurship development in healthy and rapidly requires joint efforts from government, colleges, society and students, and mutual contribution between innovation and entrepreneurship as well.
