摘要 小学教育专业的集中性教学实施训练以广义的知识观与程序性知识学习理论为根据,旨在使小学教育专业学生形成初步的导入技能、讲解技能、演示技能、提问技能、反馈和强化技能、结束技能以及指导学生学习的能力。它的操作程序包括理论学习与观摩示范、编写教案与教学实践、合作评价与信息反馈、改进与探讨。开展集中性教学实施训练需要必要的教学设施、优质的教学实施技能视频资源、足够的优秀指导教师,合理安排训练课程,科学设置训练小组,并对其成效进行过程性评价与终结性评价。 Concentrate implementation design training of primary education major is based on procedural knowledge learning theory. It is aimed at making normal students master basically how to lead into new courses, to explain, to demonstrate, to ask a question, to feedback and reinforce, to end, and guide students to learn. Its operating procedures include theoretical study and view model, writing teaching plans and teaching practice, cooperation evaluation and information feedback, improvement and discussion. The teaching mode needs the necessary teaching facilities, high- quality teaching video resources, enough good teachers, reasonable arrangement of the training course, setting up scientifically the training team, and process assessment and surnmative assessment.
