立德树人视野下的高职院校主题班会课研究

A Study on the Theme Class Meeting of Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Moral Education

立德树人是学生成长成才的内在需求,是高职人才培养的追求,是时代发展的要求。作为立德树人重要载体的主题班会课是高职学生素质能力成长的重要平台,在立德树人工作中具有重要意义。纵然主题班会课的作用受到学生认可,高职学生对其价值引导也有一定的期待,但主题班会课与学生需求仍有偏差,在立德树人方面也存在困境。加强主题班会课立德树人的效果,要以人为本开展主题班会课研究、科学开展主题班会课的课程建设、创新主题班会课的组织形式、提升主题班会课授课队伍的水平和能力。

Moral education is the inner demand of college students to grow up, the pursuit of vocational talents training and the development of the times. As an important element of the moral education, the theme class meeting is an important platform for the growth of quality of vocational college students, which plays an essential role in the process. Even if the theme class meeting has received recognition and students have an expectation on its value guidance which still has deviation from the actual demand of college students and difficulties in moral education. To strengthen the moral education, theme class meeting should be people-oriented, course construction should be carried out scientifically, organization form should be innovated, and the quality of the teaching team should he improved.
