摘要 移动模架原位现浇预应力箱梁适用于城市高架及公路、铁路大型桥梁引桥,其跨越能力大,经济适用,结构刚度大,特别适用于墩柱高、桥跨较长、桥下净空受限的工程条件。但由于桥台或者桥梁起始跨其他结构物影响,移动模架在此无法正常使用,往往采用搭设支架+模板法施工起始跨。主要介绍温州市大门大桥利用移动模架进行连续箱梁的尾跨施工,包括搭设辅助支架,移动模架尾跨过跨,模架浇筑混凝土状态以及模架拆除。 The cast-in-place moveable formwork of prestress box girder is suitable for the viaduct, and the large-span bridge approach of the bridges in the highway and railway. Owning to its large span capacity, strong structural stiffness, the moveable formwork, being economical and affordable,it can be especially used to the engineering condition, which has high piers and a large span, or a limited clearance under the bridge. However, it can not be normal working, due to the influence of other fabrics in the starting span of bridge or abutment. In this case, setting up the supports and formwork process are usually applied to deal with it. This paper mainly introduces the construction of tail span by using moveable formwork to develop continuous box girder at Damen Bridge in Wenzhou, including setting assistant supports, developing the ending span by moveable formwork, and concreting and demolishing of formwork.
