摘要
新建郑州—徐州铁路客运专线站前工程兰考南站预留菏泽—兰考正线上跨郑徐客专桥,与郑徐客专夹角为10°,针对该桥址处地质条件差、与既有线夹角小、梁体自重大、施工难度大等特点,介绍了现浇连续梁制梁方案比选、贝雷梁支架设计与计算以及支架搭设等技术。采用钻孔灌注桩和钢便梁有效解决了地基承载力低和支架横向跨度大等施工难题。
For Lankao South station of Zhengzhou to Xuzhou passenger dedicated railway line project across Heze to reserved Lankao Zhengzhou to Xuzhou passenger bridge, the angle between Zhengzhou to Xuzhou passenger bridge and Zhengzhou to Xuzhou passenger line is 10 degrees, according to the characteristics of the bridge site, poor geological conditions, and the existing small angle girder, heavy and difficult construction, this paper introduces the cast-in-place continuous girder scheme selection, design and calculation of bailey girder support and scaffold erection and construction technology. The construction problems such as low bearing capacity of foundation and large lateral span of support are solved effectively by using bored pile and steel girder.
