Construction Technology of the Tunnel Crossing Coastal Backfilling Area

某地铁暗挖法区间隧道处于早年沿海城市海边回填区域,其地层结构具有典型的"上软下硬"特点,地下水十分丰富,地面建筑密集繁杂。施工中将如何控制地下水危害,预防隧道土体坍塌、地表沉降,减少爆破对周边环境的扰动作为施工控制要点。通过干扰降水,地表注浆导管柱加固,洞内全断面前进式注浆,环向分次控制爆破等新技术措施,达到安全快速施工目的。

Some running tunnel with subway subsurface excavation method locates backfilling area in seaside of coastal city, whose stratum structure has the typical characteristics with up-soft and down-hard, groundwater is rich, surface buildings stand in great numbers. The construction control points include groundwater hazard control, preventing soil collapsing of tunnel and surface settlement, reducing disturbance caused by blasting. Some new technical measures are used including interference precipitation, reinforcement of surface grouting pipe column, advance grouting with whole section in tunnel, circumferential blasting and so on ,which achieve the construction goal.
