摘要
以联想总部(北京)园区项目二期投标方案为例,从安全性、适用性、经济性的角度,对比分析了两种基坑支护设计方案。其中,优化设计方案采用土钉墙结合桩锚的支护形式。优化后的方案,在保证安全性、适用性的前提下,降低了基坑支护的造价。
Based on the second phase bidding scheme of Lenovo Headquarters (Beijing) Park project, the safety, applicability and economy of two support design schemes of foundation excavation are compared and analyzed,where optimal design scheme is using the support form of soil nail wall combined with pile anchor. The optimal design reduces support cost of foundation excavation which ensures safety and applicability.
