摘要 新型弦支结构索主、次索间隔布置,主索两端固定在钢柱上,而次索则是通过两段连系索与两侧的张弦桁架相连接,这种连接方式为国内首创。计算分析表明,这种连接方法增强了结构的空间整体性,但是主、次索张拉方法及张拉顺序对最终应力的影响比一般张弦桁架结构更为明显。为了达到设计要求,张拉前需对张拉过程中索的应力及变形进行详细分析,张拉过程中主、次索应力及变形需严格控制,对索的张拉提出了更高的施工要求。针对此种结构的安装与张拉工艺予以研究探讨,并以太原体育中心钢屋盖结构施工为例进行深入分析。 The primary and second cables of a new string structure alternatively layout, primary cable ends are fixed on the steel column, and the second cable is through two connection cable connected to a string on either side of the truss. This connection way is initiative at home. Calculation and analysis show that this kind of connection method enhances the integrity of the structure of the space, but the tensioning method and tensioning sequence of the primary and secondary cables influence on ultimate stress compared with the general string truss structure is more obvious. In order to meet the design requirements, line before tensioning the detailed analysis was carried out on the stress and deformation of cable, the main and second line in the tensile stress and deformation must be strictly controlled, higher construction requirements for cable tension are put forward. Based on the structure installation and tensioning process research, steel roof structure construction of Taiyuan Sports Center as an example is further analyzed.
