Development trend of the science and technology service under the new normal in Jiangsu

新经济条件下的科技服务业,是一种为科技创新全链条提供市场化服务的新兴产业,主要服务于科研活动、技术创新和成果转化,包括研究开发、技术转移、检验检测、创业孵化、知识产权、科技咨询、科技金融、科学普及等专业科技服务和综合科技服务。加快江苏科技服务业发展,不仅有助于完善区域创新创业生态系统、增强我省自主创新能力,而且对于构建"高精尖"经济结构、推动经济社会可持续发展也能够提供有力支撑。文章以江苏省为例,探讨了新常态下科技服务的发展趋势。

Under the condition of new economy, science and technology service industry, is a kind of emerging industry providing marketing service for the whole chain of scientific and technological innovation, mainly in the service of scientific research, technological innovation and achievements transformation, including research and development, technology transfer, the examination, business incubation, intellectual property, technology consulting, science finance, science popularization of science and technology and other professional technology and integrated technology services. Accelerating the development of science and technology service industry in Jiangsu, can not only improve the regional innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem, strengthen the capability for independent innovation in our province, but provides support for building the ＂high-grade, precision and advanced＂ economic structure, promoting sustainable development of economy and society. Taking Jiangsu province as an example, this paper discusses the development trend of science and technology service under the new normal.
