文章在分析了O2O模式的特点和优势,介绍了江苏省科技孵化器发展现状后,尝试将O2O服务模式与科技孵化器的运营管理相结合,有效地把科技服务资源传递给需求者,提高利用率。采用大数据、云计算、平台化、移动互联网技术,应用于线下的园区运营和创业服务,打造具有全球视野的科技园区O2O运营管理平台,可为园区的全方位运营服务,为中小企业发展提供信息化解决方案。创新孵化器管理模式,解决企业面临的科技成果转化率低、融资难等问题,满足创业企业和社会的发展需求。

Based on general analysis on advantages of O2O service model and introduction of the development situation of science and technology incubators in Jiangsu province, this paper tries to combine O2O service mode with the management of enterprise incubator, to effectively transfer science and technology service resources to demanders and improve the utilization rate. By applying big data, cloud computing, platform, mobile Internet technology to the off-line park operation and innovation service, this paper tries to build a O2O-management platform with global vision, to provide all aspects of management for the incubation park and full information solutions for small and middle-sized enterprises. By innovating incubator management model, this paper tries to solve the problems such as low transfering rate of scientifie achievements and financing difficulties faced by startups, in order to meet the needs of startups and social development.
