摘要
水性醇酸树脂存在硬度较低、干燥速率慢、耐化学试剂差等问题,不能满足使用要求。但是使用环氧树脂改性水性醇酸树脂后制得的树脂性能有所改善。文章采用醇解法合成了环氧树脂改性水性醇酸树脂,选用亚麻油、三羟基甲基丙烷、偏苯三酸酐为主要原料合成水性醇酸树脂。采用环氧树脂改性多元醇,然后以改性多元醇醇解植物油,再采用酯化缩聚、羧基化、中和的方法合成环氧改性水性醇酸树脂。文章研究了环氧树脂种类、配比等因素对改性水性醇酸树脂性能的影响,得到较佳的工艺和配方,所制备水性氨基醇酸树脂漆的性能优良。
The performance of water-borne alkyd resin can't meet the requirements due to its low hardness, slow drying rate as well as its solvent resistance. The properties of product could be improved using epoxy to modify water-borne alkyd resin according to excellent physical and mechanical, dielectric, chemical resistance and adhesive performance of epoxy. In this paper, alkyd resin and epoxy modified water-borne alkyd resins were synthesized by alcohol solution method. Linseed oil, trimethylolpropane and trimellitic anhydride were used as the main raw material to synthesize the water-borne alkyd resin. Water-based epoxy modified alkyd resin was synthesized through alcoholysising vegetable oil by polyols, which modified by epoxy resin, and then followed esterification condensation, carboxylation and neutralized by salt. The factors that affect the performance of the resin were studied, such as the types of epoxy resin, the proportion of epoxy resin. The better technology and formulations were obtained. The performance of the obtained waterborne amino-alkyd resin paint is excellent.
