北京市朝阳区健康人群水痘-带状疱疹病毒抗体水平调查 被引量:10

Investigation on varicella-zoster virus antibody level in healthy population in Chaoyang District,Beijing City,China

摘要 目的调查北京市朝阳区健康人群血清中水痘-带状疱疹病毒(varicella-zoster virus,VZV)抗体水平,为带状疱疹防控策略的制定提供流行病学数据。方法采用城乡分层随机抽样的方法,于2016年5月在北京市朝阳区6个社区31~70岁健康人群中抽取320人作为调查对象,采用ELISA法检测每名调查对象血清中VZV-Ig G抗体水平,利用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果 320份血清样本中,VZV-Ig G抗体阳性309人,阳性率为96.56%,抗体平均浓度为(1092.48±4.73)m IU/ml。除66~70岁年龄组健康人群的VZV-Ig G抗体阳性率明显低于其他各年龄组(P<0.05)外,其他各年龄组健康人群VZV-Ig G抗体阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各年龄组不同性别健康人群VZV-Ig G抗体阳性率差异也无统计学意义(均P>0.05);61~65岁年龄组健康男性人群和51~55岁年龄组健康女性人群VZV-Ig G抗体平均浓度最高,分别为(2 405.56±3.75)和(1 683.77±3.46)m IU/ml;城区和乡区健康人群VZV-Ig G抗体阳性率和抗体平均浓度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论北京市朝阳区31~70岁健康人群血清中VZV-Ig G抗体阳性水平较高,提示北京市朝阳区健康人群带状疱疹防控形势严峻。 Objective To investigate the varicella-zoster virus(VZV) antibody level in sera of healthy population in Chaoyang District, Beijing City, China, and to provide epidemiological data for development of strategy for prevention and control of herpes zoster(HZ). Methods A total of 320 healthy people at ages of 31 to 70 years in six communities of Chaoyang District, Beijing City were selected by stratified random sampling method in May 2016, and determined for VZV-Ig G level by ELISA. The results were analyzed statistically by using SPSS 17. 0 software. Results Of the 320 serum samples, 309 were positive for VZV-Ig G, indicating a positive rate of 96. 56%, while the mean antibody concentration was(1 092. 48 ± 4. 73)m IU/ml. The VZV-Ig G positive was significantly lower in the people at ages of 66 ~ 70 years than in other age groups(P〈0. 05), while showed no significant difference between other age groups(P〈0. 05). However,the positive rates showed no significant difference in people of both genders in various groups(each P〈0. 05). The VZVIg G antibody levels were the highest in man at ages of 61 ~ 65 years and in woman at ages of 51 ~ 55 years, which were(2 405. 56 ± 3. 75)and(1 683. 77 ± 3. 46)m IU/ml, respectively. Neither positive rates nor levels of VZV-Ig G showed significant differences in the healthy in urban and rural areas(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The serum VZV-Ig G antibody levels in healthy people at ages of 31 ~ 70 years in Chaoyang District, Beijing City were relatively high, indicating the serious situation for prevention and control of HZ.
