Professor LU Su in the treatment of menopause syndrome

卢苏教授认为,绝经综合征以肾虚为本,同时重视天、地、人及阴阳运动失常对本病诱发或加重的整体观,依据"心-肾-子宫生殖轴"的经典理论,提出心肾失济为绝经综合征的基本病机。治疗上,临床症状显著期以清心为主、滋肾为要,并辅以针灸、推拿以及心理疗法,临床症状缓解期着重脾胃,兼顾心肝。

Professor LU Su thinks that kidney deficiency is the essence of menopause syndrome and attaches great importance to the disorder ofyin and yang which caused by abnormal social and natural movements and induced or aggravated the disease. According to the classic theory of the heart-kidney-uterine reproductive axis, professor LU Su puts forward the basic pathogenesis of menopause syndrome that is imbalance between heart and kidney. As the clinical symptoms are significant, clearing heart is given priority to treatment, and then nourishing kidney, supplemented by acupuncture, massage and psychological intervention. As the clinical symptoms are relieved, the professor LU Su makes much of harmonizing spleen-stomach and supplements heart-liver.
