摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者及健康对照组血清E-cad、EGF表达水平同舌苔薄厚的关系。方法收集2型糖尿病患者和我院健康体检者的血清标本,按照舌苔的薄厚进行分组,通过ELISA方法检测体检者血清E-cad、EGF的表达水平,将所得结果使用Mann-Whitney检验分析。结果 E-cad、EGF在健康对照组薄苔个体血清中表达水平均高于厚苔组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2型糖尿病患者血清E-cad在厚苔和薄苔组的表达水平均高于相应健康对照组,且均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);血清EGF在糖尿病患者厚苔和薄苔组之间表达水平相当,没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康薄苔个体血清中E-cad、EGF含量高表达;2型糖尿病患者血清E-cad表达水平较相应健康对照组增高,依然在糖尿病薄苔个体中高表达;2型糖尿病患者血清EGF表达水平与舌苔厚薄形成无关。
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum E-cad and EGF expression level with the thickness of tongue coating in type 2 diabetic patients and healthy control group. Methods Serum specimen of type 2 diabetes patients and health examination in our hospital was collected and divided into groups according to the thickness of tongue coating. The expression of E-cad and EGF in serum were detected by ELISA and the results were analyzed by the Mann-Whitney test. Results The level of serum E-cad and EGF of thin tongue coating group were higher than that in thick tongue coating group in both type 2 diabetes patients and health controls, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.05); The level of serum E-cad in both thin tongue coating and thick tongue coating group of type 2 diabetes patients coating group were higher than that in health controls, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.05); The expression level of serum EGF in patients with diabetes between thin tongue coating group and thick tongue coating group was quite,there was no significantly different (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The expression of serum E-cad and EGF levels were high. Compared with the healthy control group, serum E-cad expression level wasincreased in type 2 diabetes, but still high in the the thin tongue coating group; Serum EGF expression level has no association with the thickness of tongue coating in type 2 diabetes patients.
