二次混凝-活性炭吸附辅助再生劣化淬火油的实验研究

摘要 淬火油劣化变质后排放处理难度大,一般通过再生处理延长使用期。对劣化淬火油进行两次混凝-活性炭吸附辅助再生处理,帮助降低劣化油中的杂质,并通过实验找到二次混凝-吸附的药剂配方及其最佳反应条件。实验得出,二次混凝的最佳工况条件为:最佳投药量2%和10%,最佳反应温度75℃和80℃,最佳搅拌时间8min和10min;吸附的最佳工况条件为:最佳投药量10%~14%,最佳反应温度100~110℃;最佳反应时间45min。再生处理后,油品的吸光度显著下降。 It is difficult to treat the deteriorative quenching oil, and usually it is regenerated to extend the period of use. The assisted regeneration of the deteriorative quenching oil by twice coagulation-activated carbon adsorbent can help reduce the impurity; and the reagent combination and the optimum reaction conditions are got through the experiment. The optimum operating conditions of twice coagulations are showed as follows: the dosage is 2% and 10%, the reaction temperature is 75 and 80℃, the stirring time is 8 and10min; and the optimum adsorption conditions are showed as follows: the dosage is 10% to 14%, the reaction temperature is 100 to 110℃, the stirring time is 45min. After the regeneration, the absorbanee eft oil decreases significantly.
