民国时期乡村师范教育实践探析

Inquiry into the Practice of Rural Normal Education in the Republic of China

自清末新政以来,我国便开启了教育现代化的征程。可以说,没有乡村教育的现代化,就没有中国教育的现代化。而乡村教育在向教育现代化迈进的过程中,乡村师范教育功不可没。探究历史发端的根源,了解民国时期乡村师范教育发展概况,通过对师范教育下乡、乡村师范学校筹办以及师范学校招生情况的描摹,还原乡村师范教育早期面貌,以期实现对当下农村教师重要性以及农村教师问题的历史性解读。

Since the new policy in the late Qing Dynasty, our country has started the journey of educational modernization. It can be said that without the modernization of rural education, there will be no modernization of Chinese education. In the process of the ru- ral education stepping toward the modernization of education, rural normal education contribution can not be left unrecognized. This pa- per probes into the root of the history, understands the situation of the rural teachers＇ education development in the Republic of China, and returns to the early appearance of the rural normal education through the normal education into the countryside , the arrangements of the rural normal school and the normal school enrollment in order to realize the historic interpretation for the current rural teachers＇ importance and rural teachers＇ problems.
