摘要
推行OBE教育理念要求将现有的教学模式从"以教师为中心"的输入性教学向"以学生为中心"的输出性教学转变,这一转变将对高校教师的能力培养提出更高的要求。文章基于OBE教育理念,结合高校教师目前普遍存在的教学设计固化、互动教学能力较弱以及实践经验欠缺等问题,设计学校系统性配合的联动机制、创建开放式教学环境、提高互动教学能力和实践能力的高校教师培养路径,旨在为提升高校教学质量提供新的思路。
The implementation of the OBE educational concept requires university teachers to change the current teaching mode from the "teacher- centered" input pattern to the "student -centered" output pattern, which will put forward higher requirements to the cultivation of university teachers. In this paper, based on the OBE educational concept, combining the general problems of college teachers such as teaching design solidification, lack of ability on interactive teaching and deficient practical experience, we design the teachers' cultivation path on university coordination linkage mechanism, create the open teaching environment, and improve interactive teaching ability and practical ability, in order to provide new ideas for improving the university teaching quality.
