摘要 文章以高校师生心理契约理论作为研究的基础,着眼当代高校师生价值取向和教学目标,从建构师生心理契约内容、方式、途径、评价机制、后勤保障及师生素质提升等方面深入地探讨,并提出破解当前困境的具体方法和途径,旨在不断优化高校师生心理契约环境,提升高校心理健康教育水平,为培养高素质的综合型人才提供坚实保障。 In this paper, as the origin and starting point, with the theory of psychological contract of university teachers and students as the basis for this study, contemporary college students' value orientation and teaching objectives, from the aspects of the construction of the psychological contract, methods, evaluation mechanism, logistics and enhancement of the teachers and students quality, are discussed and this paper puts forward methods and ways to solve the current predicament, aiming at constantly optimizing the environment of psychological contract between teachers and students in colleges and universities, improving the level of mental health education in colleges and universities, in order to provide a solid guarantee for the comprehensive training of high - quality tal- ents.
