摘要
高校辅导员担负着引导学生树立正确社会情感,形成正确社会价值观导向的思想教育职责。从角色定位而言,辅导员应以良师益友的身份构建与学生平等交流的渠道,在日常生活中加强与学生的互动,在情感交流中实现对学生的社会情感的方向性引导。辅导员应通过理论学习提升自身引导水准,遵循社会情感引导规律,积极把握学生社会情感的特征,进行有意识、有针对性地引导,最终让学生形成健康正确的社会情感取向。
College counselors take the ideological education responsibility of guiding the students to establish the correct social e- motion and form a correct concept to social value orientation. From the perspective of the role orientation, the counselors should con- struct equal communication channels with students by using the identity of good teachers and helpful friends to strengthen the interaction with the students in daily life, and to realize the social emotional direction guidance to students in the emotional communication. In- structors should enhance their guidance level by theoretical study, follow the social emotional guidance law, actively grasp the students' social emotional characteristics, carry out conscious and targeted guidance, and finally let the students to form the correct and healthy social emotional orientation.
