摘要 本科生双导师制是我国高校为适应高等教育发展的需要,在借鉴国外高等教育教学和管理经验的基础上探索出来的一种新机制。文章以心理学专业本科生的双导师制为例,探讨双导师制的实施和作用,同时结合实践探讨双导师制的改进创新,即增加实践导师,实施三导师制。最后对本科院校的双导师制提出改进的建议,对未来"三导师制"的实施与发展进行展望。 The undergraduate double Tutorial System is the need for colleges and universities in China to adapt to the development of higher education and is a new mechanism explored based on foreign higher education and management experience. Taking the double tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in psychology as an example, this paper explores the implementation and the effect of Doub- le Tutorial System. In the meantime, combined with practice, this paper explores the improvement and the innovation of Double Tutori- al System , which increase the practice of tutor, and implement the three tutorial system. Finally, the author puts forward some sugges- tions for the improvement of the Double Tutorial System in undergraduate colleges and universities, and expects the implementation and the development of the "Three Tutorial System" in the future.
