按摩足三里配合时间开穴法对幼儿过敏体质改善的临床观察

目的探讨按摩足三里配合时间开穴法对幼儿过敏体质的改善情况。方法选择2013年6月至2015年6月来我院就诊的有过敏症状的幼儿患者152例,平均年龄(15.4±6.6)个月。将所有患者随机分为按摩组与对照组,每组各76例。对照组患者仅进行常规西医治疗,主要为药物治疗,主要包括激素类药物、变态反应介质阻释剂、调节免疫类及支气管扩张剂等。按摩组患者在对照组基础上,于每日上午9~11点对患者给予双侧足三里穴位按摩,持续按摩15min,每日2次。持续治疗3个月,观察并比较两组治疗后Ig E含量、治疗效果、复发率。结果治疗3个月后,两组的Ig E含量均降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按摩组Ig E含量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,按摩组总有效率为90.78%,对照组总有效率为73.68%,两组差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,按摩组复发5例,复发率为6.57%;对照组复发18例,复发率23.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论按摩足三里配合时间开穴法对幼儿预防保健以及改善体质非常之有效,可以有效降低过敏性疾病发病率,改善过敏体质。

Objective Discussion massage Zusanli time with open hole method to improve the situation of children with allergies.Methods Select from June 2013 to June 2015 to our hospital’s children have allergy symptoms 152 patients,mean age（15.4±6.6）months.All patients were randomly divided into two groups of massage and control groups,each group 76 cases.Patients in the control group only conventional Western medicine treatment,mainly for medical treatment,including steroids,allergy medium inhibitor-releasing agents,and modulate the immune class bronchodilators like.Massage patients in the control group on the basis of daily 9-11 am Beijing time administering to a patient Zusanli acupressure massage sustained 15 min,2 times a day.Results treatment for 3 months to observe and compare lg E content,treatment,relapse rate after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,Ig E content in both groups decreased compared with before treatment differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Massage Group Ig E levels compared with control group,the difference was not statistically significant（t=1.431,P〉0.05）.After treatment,the massage group,the total effective rate was 90.78% in the control group,the total effective rate was 73.68%,the difference was statistically different（χ2=11.89,P〈0.05）.After treatment,the massage group,5 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.57%;control group,18 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate of 23.68%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Massage Zusanli Point-Open Method of time with children preventive health care and to improve physical fitness very effective,can effectively reduce the incidence of allergic diseases,improve allergies.
