人工养殖王锦蛇粪源大肠杆菌耐药性检测分析

摘要 采取人工养殖王锦蛇的粪便,进行大肠杆菌的分离鉴定,将分离的杆菌接种在琼脂平板后,按照CLSI推荐的K—B药敏纸片法进行18种抗生素的耐药性检测,其结果表明:头孢唑啉、氧氟沙星、头孢曲松、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、环丙沙星、氯霉素、卡那霉素、恩诺沙星、利福平、氟苯尼考、强力霉素、复方新诺明、链霉素是低度敏感;头孢哌酮、妥布霉素、头孢噻肟中度敏感;诺氟沙星耐药。 Method The stool samples of artificial culturing Elaphe carinata were collected for isolation and identification of E.coli applying pathogenic assay method.Antimicrobial susceptivity test were conducted by using the Kirby-Bauer method recommended by CLSI to examine the sensitivity against 18 antibiotics.It needs label paper of antibiotics to nutrient medium,culture for 24 hours,and measure the diameter of bacteriostatic circle. The results Showed that Cefazolin,ofloxacin,ceftriaxone and qingda toxin, ciprofloxacin,and amikacin, chloramphenicol,kanamycin,and enrofloxacin,rifampicin,florfenicol and doxycycline,Co-trimoxazole and streptomycin is less sensitive;Cefoperazone,tobramycin, cephalosporins oxime is moderately sensitive; Norfloxacin is resistance.
