摘要
为了降低高温再热器管子的热偏差,避免再热器超温爆管,重点分析了降低管间和屏间热偏差的方法,结果表明:在降低管间热偏差方面,集箱内径每增加5%,集箱流量不均匀系数可降低约12%;相对于单进单出的集箱布置方式相比,单进双出的集箱的静压分布与烟气热负荷趋势更加相近,可有效的降低屏间的热偏差。
In order to reduce the thermal deviation of final reheater, avoiding tube over-heater and explosion ofreheater, the method of reducing the thermal deviation between the tube and the panel is analyzed. The results show that reducing the heat deviation between pipes, the inner diameter of the header is increased by 5%, and the uneven flow coefficient can be reduced by about 12%. Single inlet and double outlet of header static-pressure according with the flue gas heat-load can effectively reduce the thermal deviation between the screen, comparing with the single inlet and single outlet the header arrangement.
