Optimized Design to Prevent Coal Blockage in Shengli Oilfield Power Plant Phase Ⅲ Project

煤斗堵煤问题是困扰各电厂运行的主要问题之一。分析了煤斗堵煤的原因,介绍了胜利油田发电厂三期工程煤斗设计所采取的五个方面的优化措施,实践证明优化效果明显,电厂堵煤问题得到有效解决。

Coal blockage in coal bunker is one of the main problems in the operation of power plant. This paper analyzes the reasons of coal blockage, five aspects of the optimization measures which are adopted in coal bunker design of Shengli oilfield power plant phase Ill project are introduced. Practice has proved that the optimization effect is obvious and coal blockage problems are solved in this power plant.
