Analysis on FBHE Pipe Leakage of 150MW CFB

分析了某出口机组150 MW循环流化床锅炉外置床内再热器爆管的问题,提出循环流化床锅炉外置床支撑管与隔墙1及再热器管支撑去除应力分析及改进方法,从而解决机组再热器管经常爆管造成机组停机的发生。

Through the analysis on FBHE reheater pipe leakage of 150MW CFB to put forward the measures to reform the FBHE support pipe and wall as well as removal of reheater support tube stress. This effectively solved the problem of the unit trip occurred by FBHE reheater pipe leakage.
